Erin Ryan
Probate Paralegal
Erin Ryan joined Riddle & Butts in October of 2020 as a probate paralegal. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management. Erin began as a paralegal working at major Houston downtown law firms in the estate planning and probate sections. Thereafter, she spent 10 years in a family law practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. Erin enjoys gardening, spending time with her golden retriever/daughter/husband (but not necessarily in that order), and rooting for the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.
Tiffany Vaughn
Probate Paralegal
Tiffany joined the law firm in August 2020 as a Probate Paralegal. Tiffany enjoys helping our clients in their estate administration needs. Tiffany graduated in 2011 with her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Everest University. Born and raised in North Georgia, Tiffany currently lives in The Woodlands with her husband, David. Tiffany enjoys cruising, spending time with her family and chasing her rambunctious Doberman Pinscher, Zoe.
Courtney Lott

Courtney Lott joined Riddle & Butts in February 2020 as a Probate Paralegal. In 2008, Courtney graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Before joining the firm, Courtney worked as an editorial assistant for a small magazine, writing and editing articles as well as running its social media platforms. A Texas native, Courtney enjoys writing, cooking, and reading.
Crystal San Martin
Probate Paralegal
Crystal joined Riddle & Butts in April 2026 as a Probate Paralegal. She graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Before transitioning into the legal field, Crystal began her career as a Correctional Officer with the Texas. Department of Criminal Justice and has since gained experience in personal injury, employment, and criminal defense law. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys quiet evenings at home with her husband and their German Shepherd–Husky mix, Ellie.
